How to survive as a Music School in Singapore

Running a small music school in Singapore is no easy feat! Especially with the country’s famously high rental prices and rising operational costs. At Vinnie Classroom, we’ve faced challenges like rental hikes, increasing cost of living, and the ongoing difficulty of hiring qualified music instructors. Many assumed we wouldn’t last, but over the past decade, we’ve continued to grow and adapt. In this article, I want to express my gratitude to the amazing team behind Vinnie Classroom and share how we’ve managed to keep our music school thriving in Singapore against all odds.

Two innocent dreamers started a music school in Singapore

For many musicians in Singapore, the idea of starting a music school isn’t all that far-fetched. It begins with a simple goal: to pass on the love and joy of music to the next generation. But behind that simplicity lies a mountain of real-world challenges. Still, Zee and I remained optimistic. Despite having no prior experience running a business, we believed we could make it work. Zee came from the financial sector, bringing strong money management skills, while I had years of experience in music schools and music retail, giving me a deep understanding of the industry. Together, we combined our strengths and set off on what would become a humble yet meaningful journey into the world of music education.

Those horrifying days of opening the doors to nobody

Music School Singapore

Yes, that was the area where we stared at our ceiling blankly.

In the early days of starting our music school, there was a long stretch where we had absolutely zero students. It was terrifying. I vividly remember one quiet afternoon when the two of us were lying on the bench in the waiting area, not speaking, not sleeping, but just staring blankly at the ceiling, completely lost. We had everything in place: lesson plans, teaching materials, studio gear, a safety system, and a beautifully renovated, cosy space ready to go. But for those who’ve never started a business from scratch, it’s hard to grasp how difficult it is to earn trust and get that first student through the door. Just as we found ourselves listening to the hum of the air conditioner, Alcinia, our very first student, walked in and asked about our drum lessons. And from that moment on, everything changed.

We learned to reinvent ourselves constantly

As our music school began to grow, we quickly realised the importance of constantly evolving and improving. Running the business as a couple meant sacrificing typical date nights for late-night brainstorming sessions. But we were committed. We always look for ways to improve. For example, listening to parent feedback. Every decision we make is driven by our goal to deliver fun, engaging, and high-quality music lessons. Over time, our dedication earned the trust of both students and parents. Many families began enrolling all their children with us, and that support continues to fuel our passion to work even harder for them.

Our first major challenge, the construction of the Thomson-East Coast MRT Line

Flooding at Upper Thomson Road

People often told us to be patient with the Thomson-East Coast MRT construction. They said it would bring long-term benefits. We agreed, but the reality was harsh. Loud drilling by heavy machinery happened right at our door. Lessons were disrupted almost daily. The tunnel boring and heavy trucks caused constant tremors in our studio.

One rainy afternoon, the area flooded. The construction had choked the drains. Our flooring was badly damaged. Students couldn’t attend lessons. Then came the rats, displaced from their homes and running through our unit. We heard screams from the back alley almost every day.

Traffic got worse. Roads were often blocked. This discouraged people from visiting the area. Many avoided the nearby food places. New sign-ups dropped sharply. For a young music school still growing, it was a major setback.

Can you still remember COVID-19?

Zoom Guitar Lesson

The COVID-19 pandemic forced many small businesses in Singapore to close, and music schools were no exception. Even with government support, consumer spending became cautious. Strict safety measures also made face-to-face music lessons impossible. While academic tuition could continue online via platforms like Zoom, music lessons faced unique challenges. Audio lag, latency, and poor camera angles made real-time instruction and demonstration difficult, if not impossible. As a result, I clearly remember the wave of students who chose to pause or stop their music lessons with us entirely during that period. I felt that it might be our time to end our dream, too.

The Silver Lining: The unwavering support of our students and their parents

Every cloud truly has a silver lining, and for us, it’s the unwavering support of our students and their parents. Our motto has always been “Empowering the next generation through music,”. Though along the way, we’ve realised something powerful. While we aim to inspire our students, they’ve empowered us to keep going too. Over the years, we’ve had the privilege of watching many students grow from young children into teens entering National Service, university students, and even working adults. It’s an incredibly humbling experience to be part of their journey. Not just as music teachers, but as mentors they can count on. Without our students, Zee and I wouldn’t have come this far. We wouldn’t have made it through the toughest years. So if you’re a student or parent of Vinnie Classroom, thank you, from the bottom of our hearts, for believing in us all these years.

The uncertain future lies ahead

I wrote this article after seeing yet another wave of businesses around us closing down. It’s a sobering reminder never to take anything for granted. It pushes me to keep striving to offer the best music education possible to our students. At the end of the day, it’s not the modern studio, high-end gear, or impressive credentials that sustain a music school. It’s the heart behind the mission. While I’ve shared a few dramatic and challenging moments, they’re just a small part of our journey. Behind the scenes, we’ve always been working hard to grow and improve, with the hope of becoming one of the best music schools in Singapore. Whether we reach that goal or not, only time will tell. But our commitment remains stronger than ever.

“Talent wins games, but teamwork and intelligence win championships” – Michael Jordan

If you’ve read this far, I hope it’s clear that Vinnie Classroom isn’t just about Zee and me. While we may have started the journey together, we’ve been incredibly fortunate to have an amazing team by our side. Our tightly knit team is a big part of why we’re still able to do what we love every day. Without them, this story would have unfolded very differently. So I’d like to take this moment to thank every past and present member of the Vinnie Classroom team! You know who you are, and you’ve all played a meaningful part in this journey. 😊

Squid Game Season 3 Jump Rope Song: Everything we know!

We finally got to hear the new featured song from Squid Game Season 3, the hauntingly catchy “Jump Rope Song”! As music educators, we’re always on the lookout for tunes that will spark our students’ interest, and learning a trending piece like this can be a great motivational boost. Director Hwang Dong-hyuk continues his tradition of weaving classic Korean children’s songs into the show, using them to evoke deep emotions and tension. In this article, we’ll explore everything we know about the “Jump Rope Song” and how you can learn it during your piano lessons with us here in Singapore!

Squid Game Season 3 Jump Rope Song Khomaya Khomaya

Khomaya Khomaya: Jump Rope Song for Squid Game Season 3

“Khomaya Khomaya” is a traditional Korean jump rope song that existed long before it went viral through Squid Game Season 3. The lyrics describe a series of actions that players must perform while jumping, which can quickly become a fun and chaotic challenge, especially as the tempo picks up! Musically, the tune has a steady, military-like monotony, making it an ideal piece for beginner piano students. Its simplicity means fewer chord changes, which younger learners will find easier and more encouraging as they build confidence at the keys.

Piano lessons can help make the song more interesting

Our piano lessons go beyond just reading notes on a score — we place strong emphasis on creativity and improvisation. These skills are especially valuable for modern piano exams, such as those conducted by ANZCA. Rearranging a song challenges students to think critically and tap into their creative potential. Ultimately, our goal is to offer a holistic music education that empowers the next generation through music.

Below is a great example of how a pianist can transform and elevate a simple melody through creative rearrangement.

Revisiting our interview with Paul Gilbert!

I had the once-in-a-lifetime golden opportunity to get to interview with Paul Gilbert back in 2019! The experience changed my guitar lessons forever as the interview turned out to be more of a guitar teaching masterclass. In the video, Paul Gilbert shares valuable insights on what defines an effective guitar teacher and what a good music school in Singapore should be like. Here are the key takeaways:

paul gilbert interview singapore

1. Rhythm is Everything

  • A strong sense of time isn’t just for drummers and their drum lessons — it’s crucial for every musician.

  • Guitar students should practice rhythm early through stomping, clapping, and playing with or against the beat.

2. Teaching with Style

  • The evolution of the guitar has shifted from 70s blues-rock to highly technical playing.

  • Still, having a distinct guitar style (like bluesy metal) gives students identity and direction.

3. Mastering Technique

  • Good guitarists combine feel with technical skill.

  • Examples include using the thumb to play major chords — a move that requires strength and finesse.

4. Melody Matters

  • Learning scales without melodies leads to robotic playing.

  • Focus on horizontal playing (melodic expression across strings), not just vertical (up and down scales).

Of course, I had to get his lesson book from 1993 and my Ibanez Fireman autographed!

5. Real-World Playing Challenges

  • Developing your sound means exploring different techniques like sliding, muting, and expressive phrasing.

  • Guitarists should also be honest about their playing — sounding good attracts listeners and helps boost the music scene.

6. The Struggles of Band Life

  • Finding committed members, rehearsal spaces, and time was a major hurdle in the past, and still is today.

7. Recommended Songs for Students

These tracks are packed with learning opportunities:

8. Final Thought: Start with the Beat

  • Before you even touch the guitar, feel the rhythm. The speaker recommends having students stomp the beat to build a solid musical foundation.

5 things to look out for when buying a drum set in Singapore

5 things to look out for when buying a drum set in Singapore

5 things to look out for when buying a drum set in Singapore

If you’re considering buying a drum set for your child here in Singapore, here are the 5 things you need to look out for! Buying a drumset is an exciting milestone for any aspiring drummer, but that excitement is often tempered by the realities of living in a small HDB apartment in Singapore. Space is tight, neighbours are close, and noise restrictions are a very real concern. Choosing the right kit means balancing your passion for drumming with the practical constraints of urban living. In this article, we share our experience with our 10 years of running a music school in Singapore for drum lessons! We will also talk about some neat ideas for you to start playing your drums from your HDB bedroom!

1. Acoustic vs. Electronic Drumsets

The first choice is a big one: should you go acoustic or electronic?

drum lessons for kids in Singapore

  • Acoustic drumsets deliver an authentic playing experience with rich, dynamic sound. But they’re very loud! Not ideal for shared walls or small apartments. Depending on your neighborhood, our drum teacher Victor once practiced his Dream Theater songs on a full-scale drumset from his HDB bedroom! The only thing he did was to close all the windows and doors.

    • Pros: You feel the full shiokness of what the drum offers.
    • Cons: The police will visit you so often that they know your name.
  • Electronic drumsets are far quieter, letting you practice with headphones. But don’t be fooled into thinking that they are 100% silent. If you find mechanical keyboards click loudly and noisily, then the electronic drum sounds like someone knocking on the study table loudly!

    • Pros: You can practice without disturbing your neighbours.
    • Cons: It does not have the same touch and response as the acoustic drum. Also, your knocking sound will still be annoying your family, regardless.

Still, for most HDB/Condo/Terrace dwellers, an electronic kit is the safer and more neighbour-friendly choice.

2. Soundproofing and Acoustic Treatment

If you’re still keen on an acoustic drumset, be prepared to tackle noise control. Even if you’re going with an electronic kit, some noise (like kick pedal thuds) can still travel through floors. Essentially, you are dealing with regular noise and impact noise.

  • For Impact Noise: True soundproofing requires structural changes, which aren’t feasible for most. However, you can reduce the impact-noise using:

    • Drum rugs or thick carpets

    • DIY isolation platforms (like a sandwich of plywood-tennis balls-plywood)

  • Acoustic treatment: While this doesn’t block noise from leaking, it improves the sound inside your room. Consider:

    • Foam panels or thick curtains

    • Soft furnishings such as a sofa or a bed

    • Rockwool acoustic panels

Drum lessons in Singapore

For our studio, we had to cover our entire drum room with the Rockwool acoustic panels. These panels can be DIY if you are handy enough, or you can engage a carpenter to have them custom-made for you. But be warned, any contact with rockwool can result in some serious skin irritation that will last for days. This is because Rockwool can make microscopic cuts on your skin! Often made worse when you feel something on your skin and decide to rub it off. If not done correctly, this can cause some serious health issues.

3. Best Drum Brands to Consider

With so many options out there, sticking to reputable brands ensures better build quality, sound, and after-sales support. Here’s a quick listing of reliable brands for both acoustic and electronic kits.

🥁 Acoustic Drum Brands

  • Yamaha – Steve Jordan (John Mayer Trio), Carter Beauford (Dave Matthews Band)

  • Tama – Lars Ulrich (Metallica), Stewart Copeland (The Police), and Mike Portnoy (Dream Theater)

  • Pearl – Ian Paice (Deep Purple), Ray Luzier (Korn), Mike Mangini (Ex-Dream Theater)

  • Mapex – Chris Adler (Lamb Of God), Alex Bailey (Marcus Miller)

  • LudwigRingo Star (The Beatles), John Bonham (Led Zeppelin), and Alex Van Halen (Van Halen)

🎧 Electronic Drum Brands

  • Roland – Neil Peart (Rush), Travis Barker (Blink-182), Roger Taylor (Duran Duran)

  • Yamaha – Akira Jimbo (Casiopea), Larnell Lewis (Snarky Puppy)

  • NUX – NUX is an emerging brand that makes budget-friendly electronic drumsets. While you won’t see famous drummers on their drums anytime soon, your wallet will be thanking you for your wise decision.

While there are often road shows with lesser-known brands offering tempting prices, they often compromise on a lot. Sound quality, sensitivity, or long-term reliability are things to consider! Stick with the above if you want peace of mind.

4. Size and Configuration

Drumsets come in different configurations. The standard 5-piece set includes:

  • Bass drum

  • Snare drum

  • Two rack toms

  • One floor tom

Then you need to purchase the basic cymbal set:

  • Hi-hat
  • Crash cymbal
  • Ride cymbal

The above configuration will allow you to sit for all Rockschool drum examinations and also to play just about every song! But if you are ready to go all banana, then consider:

  • Splash cymbal
  • Bigger/smaller crash cymbals
  • Stack cymbal
  • China cymbal
  • Cow bells/agogo bells
  • Concert Toms (Mike Portnoy)
  • Double pedal

The list goes on! On the contrary, if you’re tight on space, consider:

  • Travelers’ kits with smaller shells like those we use in our smaller drum studio.

  • Junior drumsets, like those we use for our young students.

  • Foldable electronic kits for easy storage. Though I doubt anyone will keep them between practice.

5. Silent Drumming Solutions for Acoustic Kits

Ok, so you are still insisting on buying an acoustic drum for your tiny bedroom in Singapore! Fine, let’s take a look at what workarounds are there!

  • Mesh Drumheads: These replace standard batter heads with woven, trampoline-like material that drastically reduces volume while maintaining a realistic rebound. Brands like Remo Silentstroke and Evans SoundOff are great options.

  • Low-Volume Cymbals: Specially designed cymbals like Zildjian L80 and Sabian Quiet Tone reduce volume by up to 80% thanks to their perforated design. They still give you real cymbal response, just much quieter.

  • Practice Pads: If space is tight or you want an ultra-silent option, replace the drum heads with rubber or foam practice pads. These are ideal for late-night sessions and focused technique work.

  • Isolation Platforms: Vibrations from kick pedals can travel through the floor. DIY platforms made from plywood and tennis balls can reduce this impact and keep your downstairs neighbours happy.

These upgrades allow you to keep the natural feel of acoustic drumming while adapting to the demands of apartment living—a valuable compromise for drummers in Singapore.

Conclusion on 5 things to look out for when buying a drum set in Singapore

Buying a drum set in Singapore should be fun, not frustrating. The decision often comes down to managing noise vs. playing experience.

My Child Doesn’t Practice the Piano – What Can I Do?

My Child Doesn’t Practice the Piano – What Can I Do?

piano lessons singapore

As a parent in Singapore, you want your child to enjoy music, their piano lessons, and practice their piano. But what happens when they avoid practice? Or worse, start to lose interest altogether? If you’ve found yourself asking, Why won’t my child practice the piano?”, you’re not alone.

In this post, I’ll share some common reasons children avoid practicing and practical, parent-friendly tips! After reading this article, you should feel more confident about how to motivate child to practice piano. All without turning music into a battle!

Piano Practice is complicated!

Many people assume that if a child doesn’t practice the piano, it’s simply because they’re lazy. But that’s often not the case. The idea of “piano practice” actually involves many different aspects of learning and playing. Without proper guidance from a piano teacher, a child can easily feel lost when sitting at the instrument. Much like staring at a page of math homework they don’t understand. This creates a frustrating and discouraging experience.

To make things worse, both teachers and parents often refer to piano practice as “homework.” To most children, that word carries the same weight as a chore—something they have to do, not something they want to do.

As children grow older, their personal taste in music becomes more important. Asking them to practise a piece they don’t connect with can lead them to question the purpose of learning it at all.

And for children who are under constant pressure to perform well, piano practice can become a source of anxiety. The fear of making mistakes—especially if someone might hear them—can be overwhelming, even if it’s just a family member nearby.

What are some solutions to getting my child back on Piano Practice, then?

6 Piano Practice Tips for Kids!

  1. Create a Consistent Piano Routine
Choose a specific time each day—after school, before dinner, etc.—and stick to it. Routine removes the decision-making stress. While we encourage piano students to practice on a daily basis, we understand that children have higher commitments in schools these days. If possible, set at least 3-4 days of piano practice in a week.

  2. Break It Into Small Goals
15 minutes with clear targets (“play this section hands together 3 times”) is more effective than a vague 30-minute session. Setting smaller and clearer goals will also allow children to get into the zone more easily. When they are focused on attaining that goal, they will lose track of time. Hence, achieving an effective piano practice session.

  3. Celebrate the Wins
Give praise not just for progress, but for effort. (“I saw how carefully you worked through that hard bit—well done!”). Recognizing their efforts rewards them psychologically, making them crave more. Of course, do it in a way where the celebration is for them and not for the parents. Doing it wrongly will create a situation where the child is reliant on the parent’s consistent approval.

  4. Include Fun Songs
Ask your teacher to include pop songs, movie themes, or familiar tunes. Motivation skyrockets when music students enjoy their piano lessons and the songs they are working on!

  5. Be Involved, Even If You’re Not Musical
Sit with them occasionally. Ask them to “teach you” a simple song. Teaching others boosts your own learning and memory through the Protégé Effect—a phenomenon where explaining concepts leads to deeper understanding and better recall than just reviewing. It also strengthens communication, builds confidence, and develops leadership skills.

  6. Use a Practice Chart or Rewards System (especially for young learners)
Visual trackers, sticker charts, or small rewards can turn practice into a game. You can create a practice chart with a whiteboard or drawn on Vanguard sheets! Go old school with the markers and decorate them with stickers!

The music school your child attends in Singapore matters

No, this is not about sending your child to a prestigious piano school for piano lessons in Singapore. A child’s behaviour is often shaped by the culture and environment of the school they attend. This is something many parents understand well—hence the high demand for well-regarded primary schools in Singapore. Naturally, parents want the best for their child, and that includes their music education. But what exactly should you look for in a music school?

  • Are the piano teachers approachable, friendly, and honest?
  • Is the child having a good time during their piano lessons?
  • Do you think the school is designed with the safety of the child in mind?
  • Is their music curriculum something you would agree?
  • Was there a good amount of communication between the teacher and parents?

Of course, factors like location and pricing also matter. However, if the key elements mentioned above aren’t a good fit for your child, they may quickly lose interest and stop practicing the piano altogether.

If you feel that your child needs help with their piano practice, consider signing up for trial lessons with us. We might be able to provide the missing link for your child.

A Drum Teacher’s POV on Lady Gaga Concert in Singapore

Lady Gaga Singapore 2025

Last night, Singapore witnessed more than just Lady Gaga concert! It was a masterclass in live performance, musicality, and professionalism. Lady Gaga’s highly anticipated show at the National Stadium was nothing short of spectacular. But for those of us working in a music school in Singapore, and drums in particular, the experience struck an even deeper chord.

Lady Gaga performed at Singapore National Stadium

Lady Gaga’s Concert showed Singapore how important Drum Lessons are

As a drum teacher, I often tell my students that drumming is more than just keeping a beat. It’s about precision, expression, and blending with a group to create something larger than yourself. Watching Lady Gaga’s drummer, Tosh Peterson, was a shining example of this principle in action.

At just 24 years old, Tosh Peterson is already a seasoned pro. Hailing from Los Angeles, California, he started playing drums at the age of 2 and began touring professionally at 16. Tosh also endorses products from several major drum-related companies such as Vic Firth and Zildjian Cymbals.  His performance in Singapore was electrifying. His sense of timing, dynamic control, and sheer musicality were nothing short of impeccable. Whether driving the beat during high-energy anthems or supporting Gaga’s more intimate ballads, Tosh played with a maturity and style that could inspire any aspiring musician.

Lady Gaga’s concert drummer totally snared my attention during his gig here in Singapore

What stood out to me most wasn’t just his world-class technical chops. It is how his drumming served the music. Every fill, every groove, every cymbal crash was thoughtfully placed, elevating the entire performance without ever overpowering it. It was a clinic in taste and professionalism.

As a teacher, moments like these are invaluable. They’re not just entertaining; they’re inspirational. For young students taking drum lessons in Singapore, seeing someone like Tosh on stage validates their effort and reminds them of what’s possible with dedication and passion. It’s no exaggeration to say that drumming helps dramatically improve a child’s sense of rhythm, coordination, and focus. In fact, research has shown that learning drums contributes significantly to a child’s cognitive development. From motor skills to memory and even language processing.

Lady Gaga gave a spectacular perform in Singapore

Why Drum lessons are important in Singapore

Drum lessons are especially effective for young children because rhythm is one of the first musical elements they instinctively respond to. Even simple hand-drumming exercises can build a strong rhythmic foundation and a love for music that lasts a lifetime.

Lady Gaga didn’t just bring her music to Singapore — she brought a full entourage of world-class professionals who reminded us that behind every pop star is a team of skilled, passionate musicians. For students learning an instrument, witnessing this level of musicianship in person can spark the kind of motivation that no YouTube video or practice routine can replicate.

As the final notes rang out and the crowd roared with applause, I looked around and saw not just fans, but future musicians. Inspired. Energized. Ready to pick up their sticks and chase that beat.

Lady Gaga may have taken the stage, but for many of us in the music education world, it was Tosh Peterson and his drum kit that left an unforgettable impression.

If Tosh inspired you, you should ride on this calling and sign up for a trial lesson with us today!

Gaming Chair for Guitarists? Hmm…

By Music Articles No Comments

Gaming Chair for Guitarists? Hmm…

A quick scroll through YouTube shows many guitarists using gaming chairs. But are they really the best option? In this article, we’ll explore what makes a good chair for guitarists—and how the wrong one can hurt your playing. If you are in the market for a chair, this article might just be able to help you!

My Gaming Chair Experience

I used a gaming chair for years and suffered serious back pain. What seemed like a dream chair turned out to be an expensive regret. Gaming chairs, especially branded ones, cost a lot. They’re comfy, yes—but not built with musicians in mind. If you’re taking guitar lessons seriously, a gaming chair might not be your best choice.

Take a closer look at my sitting posture!

Common Design Flaws

gaming chair issues for gutiarists

Armrest is obstructing the guitar

gaming chair issues for guitarists

sitting sideways on the gaming chair causes weird leg posture

gaming chair issues for guitarists

sitting sideways on gaming chair also causes the chair to spoil quicker

The biggest issue with a gaming chair for guitarists? The armrests. They block proper guitar placement. Removing them helps, but then you face the “bucket seat” design. That shape forces your guitar into awkward angles. Many end up sitting sideways, which wears out the chair fast. Others try using a footstool to fix posture.

The Problem with Footstools

Footstools change your pelvic tilt and spine alignment. Over time, this causes pain and muscle strain. Classical players used them for decades, and so did some metal guitarists. But things are changing. Many are switching from footstools to lap stools. My friend Funtwo, for example, made the switch—and never looked back.

Surprisingly Good Options

The best chair for guitarists might be the humble plastic ones seen at events. Those red or white chairs offer great posture support. They’re flat, firm, and have no arms to block your guitar. The downside? They’re not ideal for long hours. I teach for seven hours a day, so I needed more comfort.

Finding a Better Fit

Next, I considered banquet chairs—the padded ones you see at weddings. They offer wide, flat seats and support your posture. But they don’t move. No wheels, no swivel. Then I found a rotating chair at Nitori. It doesn’t roll, but it spins. That changed everything. I finally found a chair that works for me.

What to Look for in a Guitar Chair

So, what makes a chair great for guitarists? Follow the 90-90-90 rule—knees, hips, and ankles all at right angles. Check out my photo! Make sure the seat is flat with no tilt or curve. Adjustable height is a plus, especially if you’re taller or shorter than average. Comfort plus posture is the winning combo.

Conclusion

Having the right chair boosts practice motivation and helps you play longer. It also makes switching to a standing position smoother. Before buying your next seat, ask yourself: gaming chair for guitarists? Maybe not. But with the right pick, your body—and your music—will thank you.

The Conclave and Music: A Look at Popes Who Loved the Arts

The Conclave, Pope and Music

With the ongoing conclave, we at our music school in Singapore wondered if any past popes have been musicians. As it turns out, quite a few have had meaningful connections to music! Music is often described as a universal language! We believe it’s a powerful way for leaders, religious or otherwise, to connect with people from all walks of life. Just as our music school motto, “Empowering the next generation through music”. Our music lessons aim at helping our students to achieve greater things in life through music education.

We are a music school that offers happy music lessons in Singapore 😀

Past Conclaves and Popes have shown how music can be an important element. We felt the urge to share how our music school offers this important element in life. Our motto, as mentioned in the first paragraph, “Empowering the next generation through music,” reflects our commitment to creating a positive learning experience. Harsh discipline, including the use of strong words, physical punishment, or psychological pressure, only discourages students rather than uplifting them. These outdated teaching methods are the opposite of what we strive for. With us, you can be confident that your child will not only learn music but also enjoy every lesson and look forward to the next one!
